From April 27th 2026 , the process of applying for the TRC has been changed. All applications are to submitted ONLY online through the MOS system. Please familiarize yourselves with the basic information regarding this system here https://www.gov.pl/web/udsc-en/basic-information-about-the-mos-system. Please note that before applying, you need to make sure all required documents are at hand, as without them you will not be able to proceed with the application.

!!! In order to be able to apply online, first you need to get the PESEL number, then create a “Trusted Profile” (Profil Zaufany – registration https://pz.gov.pl/dt/registerByXidp ), then an account in MOS system

During your online application, you will be asked to provide the name of the educational institution and the university’s email address. The new email for the online TRC application is trc@wsei.pl . The authorized person will fill out the required educational information online for you to be able to continue with the application. DO NOT POSTPONE YOUR APPLICATION FOR THE TRC TILL THE LAST POSSIBLE DAY OF YOUR LEGAL STAY IN POLAND. REMEMBER THAT THE UNIVERSITY CAN FILL OUT THE REQUIRED INFORMATION ONLY DURING WORKING HOURS.
